Introduction

We understand that all weddings are unique and that each of our clients has different needs.  To assist you in deciding on the level of assistance you would like, we have put together various packages.  However, all of our services can be tailored to meet individual needs.  Please feel free to contact us to discuss your personal requirements.

Regardless of the package you choose, you will receive:

• a personal service designed to meet your needs
• close contact throughout the whole of the process via email, phone and face to face meetings
• any negotiated discounts - these are passed on to you, our clients, which is not always the case with all wedding planners

Packages

We will help advise, plan and oversee the whole of your wedding.  Holding your hand every step of the way, we intend to make planning your wedding an enjoyable experience.  This package includes:

• A full wedding consultation
• Venue sourcing and visits.  We will provide you with a minimum of three options, based on your requirements.
• Assistance with planning your ceremony, including choosing an appropriate officiant, legal requirements, music and readings.
• Organising your wedding stationery requirements
• Full guest list management service
• Arranging a photographer
• Organising a florist for bridal party bouquets, buttonholes and wedding/reception venue decorations
• Arranging favours and reception venue decorations (chair backs, table decorations etc.)
• Cake ordering (we will also collect and deliver to reception venue, if required)
• Transport arrangements for both the bridal party and guests, if required
• Guest accommodation
• Marquee hire, if required
• Developing table plans
• Budget management
• Wedding ring purchases
• Purchase/hire of bridal gown
• Sourcing appropriate entertainment for the reception
• Collection of dress and all bridal party attire prior to the wedding, returning any hired items following the wedding.
• Taking care of wedding gifts and placing them in a secure location during the reception
• Honeymoon reservations
• Managing supplier contracts, arranging payments of deposits and balances as required
• Producing a wedding day schedule, which will be circulated to the appropriate suppliers
• Wedding day attendance by two wedding consultants
• A ‘dressing of the bride’ service - the bride will have her own personal attendant who will be available to assist her (for a maximum of two hours and subject to date availability)

This package includes your own wedding web page, which can include photos of the bride and groom, ceremony and reception venue details along with maps and details of where to find your gift list, if you have one.  There will also be a link for your guests to email us with any individual enquiries.

If you have already made all the necessary arrangements for your wedding, now is your chance to put your feet up, pamper yourself and look forward to the big day leaving us to deal with all the details.  Approximately six weeks prior to your wedding, we will contact suppliers to confirm final details and ensure everything is in place.  This package includes:  

• A full wedding consultation
• Development of a wedding day schedule, which we will send to all relevant vendors
• Collection service on the week prior to your wedding - we will collect any necessary bridal party attire.
• Finalise guest numbers, chasing any missing RSVP’s
• Attendance on your wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Taking care of wedding gifts and placing them in a secure location during the reception

Keeping track of your wedding replies and finding the time to confirm any outstanding invites can be a never ending task, so why not let us take care of things for you?  This service includes:

• Assistance with selection of wedding stationery
• Making arrangements with calligraphers or printers, where necessary
• Mailing of invites and RSVP’s
• RSVP management - we will record guest replies, chasing responses where necessary
• Regular updates on guest replies
• Posting of thank you cards, following the wedding

Finding the perfect reception venue can be one of the most time consuming jobs when it comes to planning your wedding.  With this service we aim to save you precious time searching for your venue, enabling you to confirm your chosen date  so that you are free to relax a little.  This service includes:

• A free consultation to discuss your requirements
• Using our database of venues, we will recommend a minimum of three venues
• A wedding file containing details of recommended venues (brochures, prices etc)
• Site visit to your chosen venue.  Subject to availability we would be willing to visit all three venues with you, though there would be an extra fee for this
